Lip Channel Steel

The lip channel steel is a long strip of steel with a groove shape cross section. The lip channel steel is a structural carbon steel for construction and machinery. It is a section steel with a complex section and has a groove shape section. The lip channel steel is mainly used in building structures, curtain wall engineering, machinery and vehicle manufacturing. It is required to have good welding, riveting performance and comprehensive mechanical properties in use. The raw material billet of the lip channel steel is a carbon structural steel or a low alloy steel billet with less than 0.25% carbon content. The finished lip channel steel is a carbon structural steel or a low alloy steel billet with is delivered after hot forming, normalizing or hot rolling.

The lip channel steel is divided into ordinary lip channel steel or a light lip channel steel. The specifications for hot rolled ordinary lip channel steel are 5 to 40#. The hot-rolled modified lip channel steel supplied via the negotiation of supplier and the buyer is 6.5 to 30#. The lip channel steel is mainly used in building structures, vehicle manufacturing, other industrial structures and fixed panel cabinets. The lip channel steel is also often used in conjunction with I-beam. According to the shape, the lip channel steel can be divided into four types: cold-bending equilateral lip channel steel, cold-bending unequal-edge lip channel steel, cold-bending inner-buckling lip channel steel, and cold-bending outer-rolling lip channel steel. The main purpose of lip channel steel is to fix the  cabinet.
