The application place of cable tray machine:

Cable tray machine, as the name suggests, is a bridge for cables, supporting cables. Today, I would like to talk about the applications of different types of cable tray machine.  

(1) Application place of combined cable tray

1. Sites that need to be assembled according to local conditions, such as large substations.

(2) Application place of the cable duct

1. Cable circuits that need to be shielded from electrical interference, or require protection against external effects (such as oil, corrosive liquids, flammable dust, etc.). 

2. Sites that are easy to accumulate ash and other environments or outdoor places that need to be covered.

(3) Application place of cable tray

1. The environment with many cables, good heat dissipation and light weight of the bridge.

2. The place that its environmental protection requirements for dust and pollution are not high.

(4) Application place of cable ladder rack

1. The environment that requires high heat dissipation.

2. The environment with a large number of cables, large cross-section, and it is not easy to turn, not high requirements for rat prevention, such as the power cables on the top of distribution cabinets. 

3. The pothole and other places which are difficult to fix the cable.

(5) Other application places

In the corrosive environment, the cable bridge and its supporting and suspending frames should adopt corrosion-resistant rigid materials, or adopt anti-corrosion treatment. Anticorrosion treatment should meet the requirements of the engineering environment and durability. Aluminum alloy cable bridge should be used in places where the level of corrosion resistance is required to be high or where cleanliness is required.
