Production Characteristic and Use of High Speed Z Purlin Machine

One machine can produce different sizes of Z Purlins through a simple automatical stepless adjustment when to produce different profiles, no need to change forming rollers. In the process, machine uses automatic control, it is auto punch, cut, forming based on inputting length of purlin, hole distance, quantity, etc.
Z purlin roll former is including decoiler, feeding, leveling, 2 sets hydraulic punching device, hydraulic cutting, interchangeable forming machine, PLC control system, hydraulic power pack, runout tables.
