Heavy gauge / Heavy duty purlin roll forming machine, could produce C section, Z section, U section by one machine, thickness is up to 5mm, galvanized steel, cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, even pre-galvanized steel are available to be produced by this machine. Machine is gear drive, strong motor drive, heavy roll stations. All purlin sizes with wide range could be acquired by PLC controller automatically. Pre-punching, post punching, pre-cut and post shear could be optional for customer’s real needs. Non-stop punching with servo motor drive is also an option for higher speed production capacity. Customized machine design could be required.
